Lost within here and there.
Why, I could be just anywhere.
I couldn’t sleep,

So a few drinks, and a random burst of creativity, 2 full SD cards, a barfridge with a neon light, and some random objects, this is what happens in my house...
So, you know me. I am always, always on the look for new images... So when E. & J.C. told me they were down for some pics downtown, I couldn't refuse... actually, the right way to say this would be: I was very, very willing to try and make some images there, at Plaza Tapatía. After all, that's the neighborhood in which I grew up, so it was very interesting to see it in a "different light", I mean, to make pics of a couple there. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the images!!!

I've been growing a beard on account it's too cold to shave........................
Mrs H has delivered me an ultimateum. I asked for a piece of paper like Neville, but instead she bought me a pack off razors, some 'Bulldog' shaving gel and some 'Dirty Boy' all over gel. I guess this time tomorrow, it will be off. Despite it being awfully grey, I've sort of become quite attached to it..............but I have to admit, I look like a fuckin' tramp!!
I like how the light focused right on her eye! However, the snoot was probably my least favorite light modifier, difficult to "focus" and kind of weird.
I took these shots at Saturday's Meetup with the Seattle Photography Associates (SPA) up in Mukilteo (sponsored by the South Sound Photography Meetup group).
I have not used any programmes to alter these pictures, they are 100% as taken direct from my camera using different speeds and settings. I think some of the results look great and really spooky!! Not bad for my first practice at these types of shots.

I have a very cheap tripod, and I wanted to try it out. Alas, the UK weather was its usual (rain) so an indoor photo was needed.
I remember this technique from a photo mag I had, and I recreated with a cycle led light.
Oh, and thats my phone ;)
My first go at painting with light. This was done by covering a LED torch with a cone of white card and just waving it around to create the shape of a child over a long exposure, in hindsight I would have found a way to mask the backdrop
Inside the plasma ball there is only light. Electricty fuelled touch light that plays upon the surface of spherical glass. Movement and human touch completes the circuit. Electricity dances from the plasma core.
