Satsuki: You mean shuffle off the old mortal coil and depart for a higher sphere?
Rebecca: Err, yes. It sounded more dramatic the way I said it.
Little Bunny: Ahem, pardon me, but if you DO plan to depart anytime soon and leave the mortal platforms, could I have them? The pretty flowers speaks to me.
Rebecca: I'm fairly sure they are immortal, but sure.
Little Bunny: *Rubbing his paws with delight.* Lovely!
Satsuki: And they will become infamous too. Now step lively before all the stores close!
Rebecca: Lively? Ha! What contradiction. It will be the last thing I do. Alive.

In this view looking up inside High Bay 3 of the Vehicle Assembly Building at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the work platforms have been retracted from around the Artemis I Space Launch System on Sept. 20, 2021. All 10 levels of platforms were extended and retracted as part of an umbilical test. During the test, several umbilical arms on the mobile launcher were extended to connect to the SLS rocket. They swung away from the launch vehicle, just as they will on launch day. NASA and Jacobs teams will continue conducting tests inside the VAB before transporting the Orion spacecraft to the assembly building and stacking it atop the SLS, completing assembly of the rocket for the Artemis I mission. Artemis I will be the first integrated test of the SLS and Orion spacecraft. In later missions, NASA will land the first woman and the first person of color on the surface of the Moon, paving the way for a long-term lunar presence and serving as a steppingstone on the way to Mars. An adult ‘alae ‘ula teaches the brood to forage for a meal at the edge of a marsh. Despite being nearly fledged and the chicks occasionally pecking at their findings, they still vocally and behaviorally begged to be fed by the adult. The ‘alae ‘ula is an endangered, Hawaiian endemic subspecies of the common moorhen or gallinule. They typically construct a platform nest in marsh or wetland embankment vegetation. In Hawaiian mythology, the red shield is the result of scorching received while delivering fire from a deity to humans.

I am not sure what this platform is used for during the summer months, but it looks lonely out there in the field during winter.
The westbound platform at Old Town/Chinatown was extended over the westbound trackway so doors on both sides of the train could be used. (The eastbound track is the only one that can be used when trains end here)
It reminded me of what I've read about the 42nd Street shuttle in New York City

Some of my favourite builds of all time are from the magical and brilliant series of Harry Potter scenes begun by Marcel V . Whilst I am NOWHERE near the level of brilliance of these builders I wanted to create a build in a similar style based on Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, having experienced it in theatres and loved every minute. I know a lot of people didn't like the play — I personally loved it as a Potterhead since childhood but I can see why people disliked it based on the script. What are your thoughts on the play? Let me know :)

Pirate's chopper & mobile landing platform

"Modified from surplus farm helicopters, these small and handy aircrafts are used to scout the toxic ocean surface - mostly in attempts to spot shipwrecked sailors. However, some rogue treasure divers have begun mounting illegal scanners that can reach deep below the water surface, hoping to be able to find precious loot more easily.
These choppers are either deployed by mobile carrier boats, or from more commonly used concrete pontoons. These mobile landing platforms can be easily towed by the average pirate ship."

Yet another build in the series - been wanting to expand into the aerial aspect of maritime settings. Mostly inspired by classic Lego Town sets as well as the German Fa 330 from 1943.
