The only A330 for National Airlines (ex Aviance N969AV; Thomas Cook Airlines G-TCXD) seen here during the arrival from Aviano Air Base after a military-transfer flight within Europe.

I was lucky to get this great light ;-)

Originally delivered 1991 to Japan Airlines as JA8086, it operated until 2010 before being converted into a Boeing Converted Freighter for Evergreen International.

Evergreen used this 747 until 2016, before Global SuperTanker Services took over the Queen of the Skies and built the first (and actually only) firefighter 747-400 series.

The N744ST was used as a firefighting aircraft until 2020. National Airlines removed the firefighting equipment and converted it to a freighter.

Luckily National Airlines decided to keep the beautiful previous Global SuperTanker livery and combined it with a golden National Airlines anniversary livery.

Built 1968 (20016/752) and originally delivered to Pan American World Airways. Later on the lady flew for Kuwait Airways, South Pacific Island Airways, Southern Air Transport and finally Florida West Airways. Converted 1994 to E8C under 68-11174 before changed to 95-0121 in 1996.

A very sad sight. Due to the worldwide Covid 19 pandemic Lufthansa has parked several A330 and A340 along runway 25R/07L. Hopefully all of them will soon fly successfully around the world again.

wearing a nice hybrid livery after returning from the Russian SkyGates Airlines. (former VP-BCI)
