I made a short video inspired from a french tv serie I worked for (Nothing to do with graphics on it I was an assistant editor)
This picture is not directly from the video as I changed the angle of the camera .
you can see the video here :
Had to make do with a backlit shot...but it turned out ok I guess. All the Southwest specials I saw avoided the good light while I was in PHX. Gotta take what you can get I suppose. Departing Phoenix, AZ on March 6, 2013.

Something completely different than my normal posts :))
This plane buzzed overhead as I was on the beach... Actually, it's much further away than it looks, due to the reach of my telephoto lens... The grain in the sky and clouds is intentional and for effect...
I was driving back from Columbus Ohio and while driving on I-68 east i passed this huge jet taking up two lanes. I thought that was amazing, but kept driving. 10 minutes later i called my boss to see what time she wanted me to work the next day and at the end of the conversation i just mentioned that i just passed a plane on the road, in which she replied "oh that is definitely Sully Sullenberger's plane on it's way to a museum, i saw it in the news today!". I was shocked and immediately turned around and hunted the famous plane down and found it freshly parked at it's resting stop for the night in West Virginia, on a truck weigh station, off of I-79 South.
he Tupolev Tu-16 (NATO reporting name: Badger)[2] was a twin-engine jet bomber used by the Soviet Union. It has flown for more than 50 years, and the Chinese licence-built Xian H-6 remains in service with the People's Liberation Army Air Force.
Appears to be a Russian Navy Tu-16K-10 Badger C, probably snapshots taken by an Air Force pilot while he was intercepting them.
