Organic Pizza made with whole wheat flour, milk, yeast,
green salt, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, tomatoes paste. I have seen a pizza covered entirely with tomato sauce/paste and I thought it looked great with that brown gold color. The cheese melted all over around and gave that nice shiny look.
It was very tasty.

A steam roller for Pizza is something I wanted to have for quite a while, just came around this week to build it.
Taking indoor pictures with artificial light is really something I'm unpractised in, so please just look at the build and not at the abysmal lighting.
Toy Project Day 1929
Last night I was looking through the fridge and pantry trying to figure out what to have for dinner. We had some leftovers that no one ever eats but me (so spoiled!) so threw together a pizza dough and topped it with the leftovers...chicken, asparagus, artichoke hearts, onions, garlic etc.. I sneaked in my capers too.
Kitchen sink pizza always turns out well for some reason. It's a mystery I'm not gonna try and solve.
There is nothing quite like homemade pizza...as long as you don't burn it!
