Pixie was bugging the life out of Ray so I shouted at her to stop it. Where Ray is concerned she is quite the madam. I say to Phill it's payback for all the times he was awful to Kaiser. Kaiser and Pixie are great friends - those tabbies stick together`
This is our jasmine hedge and Pixie was sitting right on top of it.

Although our neighbour's have two dogs, Pixie will insist on patrolling along the fence. Obviously, she only does this when they are not around.
So fed up of not going anywhere, we have decided to drive down to Weymouth tomorrow and have also booked lunch at a seafood restaurant.

I need to return in the morning and hope for better light on the other side. ...and bring the tripod pod too.
Do you believe in fairies? I don't really, but when I tell stories about them to my grandchildren and watch their eager eyes taking it all in, you would almost believe the pollen scattered about by visiting insects on this red trillium could actually be pixie dust from dancing fairies.
Pixie can watch everything and feel powerful from her position hanging off the stairs. She can remind a human that it's foodtime with a simple tap on the head , as you pass by underneath .
In the same vein as Where's Wally, you have to spot where Pixie is. No clues now:-))
Happy International Cat Day
We are back to high temperatures again this week down in the South of England. My youngest niece and her family are meant to be touring the North Coast 500 road in a camper van at the moment and are having to change direction because the weather is so windy and rainy up where she is! Hard to imagine when we are frying down here. Our living room gets the afternoon sun, so by 2.00pm we have to close all the curtains on that side of the house. As you can see, Pixie still likes to keep an eye on things
We are spending the day at the beach in Weymouth tomorrow with Charlotte and the children. She lives in Yeovil now, so it is a half way meet up place for us
Phill brings me a cup of tea in the morning after feeding the cats. However, rather than eat breakfast, Pixie runs upstairs and jumps on the bed for a game or a cuddle depending on her mood. We are convinced she is being fed elsewhere as she hardly eats anything at home, and yet, she is like a little round ball
This box was so narrow she had to reverse out - not so good for pouncing on a passing cat but a very good hideout !
Pixie loves lying or sitting on my Kindle. You also loves scratching the case .............grrrr!

I was going through some old photos and found this one when Pixie had not long had the kittens. She was never very motherly and I was often trying to 'rescue' her babies. Let's face it she was only about 6 months old when she had the kittens, so she was only a baby herself. She is four years old now - where does the time go?

Pixie runs into the bedroom every morning ready for fun and games. She is definitely a morning kind of kitty
Pixie is a two-year-old, recently acquired by my daughter from a shelter near where she lives. Pixie's interests include watching the world from the highest window perch in the house, crouching Ninja-like, ready to pounce, as you walk by, and playing fetch.

We are off to Wales on Sunday, for a few days, to see Phill's family for the first time in over two years, due to Covid. It will be so nice to see them all.
