I spotted these garden figures while out visiting today; they made me think of The March Hare and the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. I used to think 'rabbit' and 'hare' were just different words for the same thing but I recently learned that they are different groups (though closely related species) . A rabbit is smaller and burrows in the ground while hares are bigger and build ground nests to live in. There are also differences about their babies. Did you know that? I did not know that.
