Taken on a cold and blustery day in Plymouth, MA

This image was taken just north of where the Pilgrims built their first fort over looking Plymouth Harbor in 1621.

Inspired by Ziki's picture (www.flickr.com/photos/zikiquesti/13321204725) I visited Pilgrim's Dawn myself and couldn't resist taking some pics :-)

My first job in Canada was on Grouse Mountain in 1957 Summer. I went back to work there in the Christmas break while studying Forestry at UBC. This is how it turned out on a slide, I did not change the colors.

This is my entering to CCC XIV. Shows Pilgrim's cave in some woods, it's not a classic Star Wars MOC but fabulous Lego Castle or category. I really like stalactites in a cave and plasticity of terrain and a lot of details

I hope you will like it :)

Pilgrims way Holy Island.

This walk which goes over the sand from the mainland at Beal to the island was the route travelled by pilgrims visiting the celtic priory in the 8th century and is marked by these poles.

My first image to get processed from the Lee Frost long exposure workshop. It was a great weekend and I thoroughly enjoyed it despite the wet weather and winds which if anything added to the experience.

Thanks for viewing and please leave a comment or critique if you can as they are greatly valued.

...our lands are burning throughout the Northwest US. Several large burns in Idaho and Montana are creating at times unbearable conditions. This shot was taken mid morning, in rather difficult conditions, to illustrate the atmosphere!

I thank you for the comments and faves! Have a great day!

The spring carries also the season of the rice fields flooding between Lombardy and Piedmont.

Here the E656.481 is running between Vercelli and Novara leding a pilgrims train to Vigevano. (2013/4/17)
