Better contact NORAD I saw some unidentified flying objects over Iowa - one was disguised as a Pig!

Another image from a productive day out to Nottingham visiting family this week.
DB Cargo Tug 60039 'Dove Holes' passes through the station and disappears east with the 12.20pm Toton Sidings - Boston Steel 'pig-pens' (6E02). Meantime, Cross Country unit 170114 stands at platform 4 after arriving with the 9.45am ex-Cardiff (1M60).
Bay platform 5 is to the near right, and currently empty. Once a through platform it was turned into a bay during the track modifications made a few years ago intended to increase the station's capacity.
I couldn't resist exploiting the shape and rippled texture of those 'pig-pen' wagons, and who knows how long they'll be around.
Apologies for the obscure title - those in the know will know, maybe.

Introducing Lucy. She is my son's pet and has just moved into the living room while we fix Erics floors. The poor creature has managed 7 years but now it's time for her to put up with my camera. She doesn't mind at all. The most cheerful little soul she is!
These two bales are from local businesses that entered in the contest. I thought it was neat to show the business in the background. Elkton Bank & Trust decided to put "Pig-hay" banks in front of each of their branches.

The pig trough boat was once the working tool of the Mosuo people, traveling between the islands of Lugu Lake, traveling between water and land, fishing, fishing for shrimps, and collecting aquatic plants on the lake, also is love boat, countless sounds of love sing on the boat.
Rural letter boxes are my theme for today. You see, I have a firm belief that people living in rural areas have far too much time on their hands, and this leads to time-wasting and the construction of frivolous letter boxes like the ones posted here today. You will see them along the highways and country roads all over Australia. This milk churn repurposed as a pink pig is a fine example, and where are the wings, I hear you ask. Yes indeed, so feckless are some rural types, they don't even finish their works of art.
One of the two pet pigs at The Piggery Cafe in Sassafras . . . not sure if this is Bubble or Squeak!
