in winter, in my region (Piedmont, Italy) we eat bagna cauda (hot sauce). garlic, anchovies, oil .... cooked and raw vegetables are dipped in this sauce .... all accompanied by a good wine Piedmontese red. (nebbiolo)

At the end of the Val d'Ala you are surrounded by steep peaks and - unfortunately - melting glaciers. The disappearing clouds slowly unveil the beautiful lines of the rocks and the water that flows down.
Au bout du Val d'Ala, vous êtes entouré de pics escarpés et - malheureusement - de glaciers en train de fondre. Les nuages qui disparaissent dévoilent lentement les belles lignes des rochers et l'eau qui coule.
