My son had to take a pie to school for Pi Day. I was concerned about how most pies would survive the school bus trip so I made Rice Krispie Treats and pressed them into a spring-form pan. I popped it out of the pan and topped it with crushed up Heath bars in the shape of pi and around the edges. He said it was a hit!

I wasn't happy with my first go at making the cable for the Pi's LCD display. This is the second go....

Woah 41 bicyclists were out in droves to bike to Pie shops on Pi Day 3.14. I joined Team Vancouver and biked over in the morning to Portland with Vancourite Leader, John with 9 total (Yes about 1/4 of the ride came from the couv - I was happy to represent). Boy oh boy, I ate bites of three berry pie, strawberry rhubarb, rhubarb cream, coconut cream, and moon pie. I also had a hot pie of sweetpotatoes and cauliflower, and later post ride a pizza pie!
