Sadly I wasn't able to get closer to the edge of the pond as rain has turned the bank into a bit of a quagmire...still nice view...

During our last cold snap I got drawn in by the snow attached to one side of all these beech trees, so out came the ultra wide angle and this is the result!

It's hard to believe that these photos were taken of the same rose with just 1 minute of difference.

At first sight I would think that they were taken with one or two days of interval. It's all a question of perspective.

Made during a whole day of rain and I had to stay in the house, so I looked at it from an other perspective. Have a nice inspirational weekend ;-)

It is one of the commonest of mistakes to consider that the limit of our power of perception is also the limit of all there is to perceive.

Wheat field at Cliddesden.

An old picture that I selected for the group Smile On Saturday for the subject of One Point Perspective. Taken on a pathway leading to the church in Fen Ditton Cambridge.

Walking the shore line of the Delaware shore line I found this structure to be interesting enough to capture. Interesting look at visual perspective built of wood. Low tide provided this opportunity to enjoy the structure and the great shadow it provided. Thanks for viewing my work. Stay safe, be kind and wash your hands🙏.

Olympus Perspective Playground - Wroclaw 2019

We've been away again - this time meeting our new grandson. Consequently, not much time for photography (or Flickr). This image is looking back at travels in June. It was later in the afternoon with the sun just above the horizon and I had to shoot low to avoid sunspots in my frame while including the muddy harbor bottom. The dog walker had just come to the bottom of the ramp and provided some perspective on the impressive tidal range of the area, which can vary 12 meters. The fishing boats are unable to move until the tide comes back in during the night and we could hear the rumble of their engines as they all left at the same time - and again when they all came back in together.

Spiegelungen - Reflexionen - ein anderer Blick auf die Bäume, direkt am Ufer!

I have been looking at Perspective........a couple of days ago I posted this image and said that it was Large, but I don't think people realised how Large.............

Connection over the Harbour between Sydney North and South, the Harbour Bridge is a well known Australian Icon, also nicknamed 'The Coathanger".

A detail of a building as seen from Columbus Circle in NYC, quite a few stories above me (I was on the street).

I played with DXO Viewpoint to straighten it up so much that completely messed up the perspective. I liked the surreal shape I got. No vanishing point!
