Yes, this comes from personal (and I do mean PERSONAL experience. The TSA officer said to me " Sir, this is going to be a little personal. Do you need privacy?"
Seriously, I really don't see how privacy would make it more enjoyable.
All this because I put my wife's makeup bag in my suitcase (at her request) and it had one container that exceeded the allowed ounces. Easy to see why she thought it was best to put it in my suitcase.
I will admit, I do feel a little more secure flying the EVER SO FRIENDLY SKIES knowing how thorough they are. As for me, I will be more thorough checking my stuff before getting in line at the airport security line.

NOT MY PHOTO
My first chance to fly came after joining the military. That first flight was in a DC-3 from NAS NORTH ISAND to NAS ALAMEDA. I was 18, and the flight was all and more than I ever anticipated. It is one of those memories one stores for enjoyment at later times throughout one's lifetime.

It's 6.09AM and it's time for breakfast for local sellers. Most of them already sold all their production and have a good time eating Bun Bo (local soup).
I would like to buy a farm for my wife,We both work on farms but i am unable to buy a farm for her,
I must tell you that you are unlikly to get your money back,Whoever we will try to repay it.
Our move went well. We're settling in to a smaller place a mile or so along the road. Moving a mile gives me a new perspective. I see this as a new beginning and an opportunity to get back to basics. The city is a source of knowledge, and I am using London as my primary source of new observations as well as a trigger for reflection on the knowledge amassed during my working years. That is to say I will be getting out of the house, enjoying myself, and bringing new experiences back to Flickr for reflection, conversation, and possibly some further research.
During our move Jonathan Raban’s 1974 book ‘Soft City’ came to the top of the pile and I’ve been dipping into it from time to time. Raban reminds me that the city does not lend itself to straightforward narration or continuous page-by-page reading and that no one person can command the whole of the vast store of knowledge that the city holds. I like this thought. I no longer have to report to clients and committees; now all I want to do is give a personal view. Flickr seems to be a far more open and sociable place to air my opinions. Like a city flickr offers many paths to follow.
For Raban the ‘Soft City’ is a city of personal experience and interpretation, it is not the city of hard facts nor indeed the city of hard knocks. I remain aware that for many the personal experience of London is hard, but in retirement I’m opting for soft. Raban’s city is a place of dreams, insight, concepts and possibilities. Raban's city is a city of the literary imagination rather than the policy report or master plan. My flickr city is new territory for me.
Let us start with a gentle stroll. A few minutes from our new front door and we are in this idyllic scene.
Commercial Shot for the Novotel Hotel.
3 exposures: 1 for the model, 1 for the treadmill and 1 for the city view in the background.
It's been a lot of fun to retouch this pic and try to blend in the different details in the composition.
Would have been even better if somehow we could have managed to shot this during sunset.
Cheers and have a great day.

A very common move in traditional tahitian dance. Dancers raise their arms to the sky to greet the supremes.
Great day at Da Nang Beach with my lil one. The sky was wonderful and the tiny waves were at the rendez vous.
Since we lived in Tahiti and were used to go to the beach almost every weekend, water become his element of predilection.
Participants were invited to share personal experiences of inclusion and exclusion. They wrote these experiences of cut outs of there own hands, which were then displayed for the rest of the group to share the experience.
Gym pays off and Kristina really is the living proof. This and also eating super healthy since she cooks everything herself.

The Novotel got a bit bored of the traditional stock photos and asked us to come up with a concept to promote the freshness of the products used for their barbecue. Fish straight from the morning fishing session and vegies from the morning market at 4am.
Captured on the evening of March 12, 2025, at 22:45, inside Bob W Kesklinn Hotel, Tallinn, Estonia. The fire alarms suddenly blared throughout the building, prompting an immediate evacuation of all residents and guests.
The Tallinn Fire Brigade arrived 15 minutes later, investigating the cause—only to discover it wasn’t a fire, but something just as destructive: a massive water leak. Water had seeped through the structure, affecting rooms from the 9th floor all the way to the ground floor, particularly on the right side of the building. A chaotic yet surreal moment as the hotel guests, dressed for the night, found themselves waiting in the lobby, watching firefighters navigate an emergency that turned out to be one of nature’s quieter yet relentless forces—water.
A snapshot of unexpected disruption, swift emergency response, and a night in Tallinn that no guest would forget.
I was 17 years old, didn't even have my license yet but I managed to buy this baby with the help of a very good Friend (Thank you Thomas Lorilloux).
