Danzatone is a revolutionary method of working out in three different dance styles. This idea was born when Jenny began teaching her Zumba classes in night clubs, in broad day light, adding an edgy yet exciting element to her work outs. Her clients loved the idea, they embraced it, they felt like they were in a night club, instead of a cardio workout class. By changing this one element, Jenny revolutionized the way people get in shape. She got her clients excited about working out in a night club, suddenly the blood got flowing and her students got pumped, most importantly they got healthy and in shape!

Mandy Kutish of Mandy's Boot Camps in Harrisburg, PA is a proud member of Boot Camps with a Purpose.

 

The boot camps provide a challenging and fun workout in a supportive "team" atmosphere. All fitness levels are encouraged to join us as we modify exercises so that every participant gets a great work out at their own level! The only requirements are a sense of humor and a great attitude! Workouts consist of cardio, strength training, core training, flexibility, balance, Pilates and Yoga. To keep the workouts physically and mentally stimulating, we change them each day. No two days are ever the same. In addition, as a team we participate in local charity races and help other causes in any way we can. Mandy's Boot Camps with a Purpose is currently benefitting the Harrisburg Humane Society.
