A scan across an unnamed gas giant's upper layers--made me think of watching the Shoemaker/Levy impact on Jupiter, and wonder how many times that must happen across the rest of the galactic arm.

VISUAL ANALYSIS: according to the degree of limpidity, this wine can be defined limpid; the shade is intense straw yellow with greenish reflexes and there is a medium body.
OLFACTORY ANALYSIS: the succession of smells is offering a very confident range of fleeting scents as a green apple, mango fruit, almonds, herbs and sunflower.
GUSTATIVE ANALYSIS: the salivation is playing a major role in the mouth and the final is bitterish with herbaceous flavours. The gustative aromatic persistence is of 5 seconds.
WINE-FOOD COMBINATION: cold cuts
•The sweet tendency of the cold cut is counterbalancing the bitterish final of the wine
•The fatness of the cold cut is is countervailing the salivation of the wine
•The structure of the recipe is matching to the structure of the wine
•The gustative persistence of the recipe is pairing with the aromatic persistence of the wine
MY PERSONAL OPINION: this wine is like a sun in a dark sky, really appreciable.
I noticed this fishing vessel passing just offshore, heading south out of Narragansett Bay presumably to go catch my dinner. This is the F/V Persistence, a fishing trawler based in Kingstown, just up the bay. Sometimes I can find a lot about a boat on the internet, but I can't find much about the Persistence. It looks like it'd be a boat on the Deadliest Catch, if they did trawlers instead of crab boats.

Had a meeting today where the word persistence kept coming up. This little plant has toughed it out through the hottest and dryest summer I've ever experienced. And on the other side of that suffering, it can still put out beautiful, delicate flowers. And we might even get a few chilis from it yet!
He never gives up, with this or anything. And sometimes he gets an unexpected helping hand.
I thought this might make an interesting cutout.
Viva has been weaning the kittens; Yoda is the most persistent in wanting to nurse. Often, Viva will walk over to the food dishes, probably to encourage Yoda to eat the kitten food in the bowls, but Yoda keeps trying to nurse under any circumstances. Yoda does love canned cat food, if not the dry chow.

Why are these people planning to move the Mendel Art Gallery? Certainly it is because some influential developer covets the lovely riverfront land on which it so appropriately and passively sits. Let us not do violence to our city by removing the Mendel name, and moving the gallery to a concrete sea on River landing. Turn a firm hand to greed, and say "Stop"!
