The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts is a large performing arts venue located at 300 South Broad Street at the corner of Spruce Street, along the stretch known as the "Avenue of the Arts", in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
A quiet night in the main lobby of the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, home to both the Canadian Opera Company and the National Ballet of Canada. The glass staircase is unique in that is reportedly the longest free-spanning glass staircase in the world. Designed by Diamond and Schmitt Architects, the building was completed in 2006.

Ute Theater and Events Center, 132 East 4th Street, Rifle, Colorado. The original Ute Theatre on East 3rd Street was opened in 1935 as a 300-seat theatre located in a former retail store. It was destroyed by a fire in 1944. In 1948 this new Ute Theatre was opened, designed by architect Donald J. Monson. It had 600 seats all on a single floor. Later it was known as the Rifle Creek Theatre. In the spring of 2010, a group of citizens came together and formed a non-profit corporation naming it the ‘New Ute Theatre Society’, NUTS for short. Comprised of downtown business owners, contractors and community visionaries, the group set out to rebuild the theatre to its original Art Deco architecture. It was a daunting task, as City resources were scarce after witnessing the most recent oil and gas decline in Western Colorado. Today the theatre hosts movies and performing arts events.

Part of the Lutz Teutloff collection. These three sculptures (Facing Oneself, Facing Another and Facing Eternity) were part of a larger collection of 6 sculptures entitled 'Sculpting the Spectator'. "...connects two viewing stations and invites viewers to reach out and establish a dialogue with each other..." (John G. Hanhardt). Donated to Brock University in 1993. Originally on main Brock University campus but moved to Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts in 2015.

I was so saddened to hear we lost a giant of a man Kris Kristofferson last week. I was turned on to Kris as a young man by my uncle on his farm I worked when I was a young man. Such a brilliant man, a wordsmith par excellence!
I choose this song over the dozens of other incredible tunes he wrote, because I have always felt a connection of its duality paradox of the human condition, and we all have 2 sides of us.
Kris was a "Dudes" Dude!

Bhavna Reddy is the daughter of acclaimed Indian dancers Dr. Raja and Radha Reddy. Her recent performance in Chandigarh was a unique blend of classical Kuchipudi dance with a stirring rendition of George Harrison's My Sweet Lord and songs from her recently released album "Tangled in Emotions" featuring the hit single "Smells Like Rain".
