#Grappig: De laatste tijd veel bezig geweest om foto's te bewerken naar een #pentekening, totdat ik een keer een auto had gedaan. Toen kwam het verzoek of dit ook met een vrachtauto kon. Tuurlijk kan dat, maar sindsdien stroomt mijn mailbox over met verzoeken of ik van diverse foto's pentekeningen of samengestelde foto's (half tekening / half origineel) kan maken.

but still like the majority of this drawing of the incredible tracie young.
we're using think wood 1/1/2 and perfect mount.
There is no need to frame. This is already stretched as a "gallery wrap'.
One of my favorites that I have done recently. I know it looks kindof plain but I love it. It is completly done in pencil.
So... the only picture that ever turned out like I planned it was the day at the trestle "A Beautiful Place". This really is not at all what I planned but I like it none-the-less :o)
Photography is a new kind of art for me. I draw and I'm musical, and have done both for a very long time. This 365 deal has continued to push me into learning new and better ways to take, process and present pictures. I have SUCH a LONG way to go, but I certainly am not minding the journey a bit.
Hooray for 365Days, 365nov08 and double hooray for HALF WAY THERE!
PS... I have counted and recounted.. found a couple more errors and in the end I think I finally have my 365 correctly numbered. If not, TOO BAD :oP the numbers are staying like this!
PPS: Many gracious thanks to Vesper, without who's help my progress would be ever so much slower and my pictures so much duller!

More from the same sketchbook. At collage I would spend hours studying movement frame by frame. Bear in mind this was a pre After Effects and Smart phone era. So instead I would film on sVHS and then play the clips back frame by frame on my awesome VHS player, which had a good frame advance feature. It was crude, but I learned a lot.

This is the latest version of the pencil sketch for the next portrait I am going to paint. I have been looking at the pencil sketch all week, comparing it to the photograph I am using as a source. Today I finally had a chance to work on the pencil sketch, so I made some of the adjustments I have been thinking about all week. Most of the changes have to do with the shape of the face, and the way the hair frames the face.
