Drawing of my dad and step mom on their wedding day
done with graphite on bristol paper
Sorry for the picture quality!
I love drawing these faces! Even though I have given my girls color augmentation therapy (oh, perish the thought) in Photoshop I really think they are marvelous drawings as rough drafts go.

An old drawing from art class. The assignment was to draw a coin in perspective. On the back of the Bulgarian 1 lev then there was St. George killing a dragon ("zmej", actually). My eyes hurt a lot from staring at the coin but I totally loved drawing it.

06/17/11- Day 4 of Project 30 Days.
I received this 15x20 pencil drawing of me in the mail today from someone I've known for years who is also the same person that put a camera in my hand when I was fourteen.
It made me remember the days when I thought I might want to be a model and we'd spend the day in the studio; didn't take long for me to change my mind. LOL.
He shot with Minolta at that time and I helped him develop the film in his home darkroom, was fun times. He's an artist who is crazy talented and never ceases to amaze me.
After I returned to photography,I worked as his assistant in event shooting. He taught me the dynamics of shooting in manual on one of my lunch breaks....I haven't stopped shooting in it since!
I haven't used my iPhone lately to capture anything and it was feeling deserted so I used it to capture this...
The original image of me sitting down was captured by another graphic artist/photographer friend Jesse Patterson and is +1 in comments.
