(1995) Fish Riding Bodhisattva I
This is an old illustration of Bodhisattva riding a dragon fish (Anuttarā? 阿耨觀音) I drew as a gift for my mom who is a Buddhist and fond of Buddhism art.
Bodhisattva, the goddess of mercy/compassion, best known as Guan-yin (觀世音菩薩) in Chinese, shares many visual similarity with Catholic's Holy Mother.
It has proportional issue with foreshortened lower body, which in my view it's a shame.
