This might start out the same as 'Ceramix' but ends up in a distinctly gothic design. Based on a common stone and iron work pattern I've seen in numerous places across Leicester, including a fair few churches.

Check out my blog perfectly4med.wordpress.com for more tangle patterns and a chance to win a unique tangle pattern prize - subscribe by midnight on 30-JUN-11 for a chance to win. This pattern was previously available on my blog.

I love patterns in nature. Ice patterns will NEVER be the same. At my property I have a small stream on one side & a larger stream on the other. I'm never disappointed.

Love’s regardless of patterns

Quite creative - If I had a place to pave, it would be in this pattern.

Don't like milky iced coffee, but I do love pouring milk into iced coffee. The Rorschach of coffee art.

Patterns made in my water butt after a cold night. Not originally monochrome. Just looks that way.

This one took a little time to deconstruct as well! Another Victorian tile floor design was the inspiration for this adaptation to tangle pattern.

Thank you for visiting my flickr & all comments.

The qualities I thought a pattern should have is that it should be repetitive and it should have color. I think it is important to look at the natural world because it allows you to see original content that is not man and you can capture something that occurs on its own volition. I think that nature is beautiful and my inspiration came from nature is of how people will often take pictures of scenery as a way of preserving that memory of nature. I drew that patterns of Polaroids as a way of showing the beauty of nature being captured in a photo. Working in illustrator is difficult and i had to restart multiple times because it simply was not working out or I had clicked something and the image would change. What was also difficult is that the lines are vectors and work as a single layer, changing the image would alter the lines and would end up as a mess. However through struggle it because easier moving and creating shapes. I also learned how to use the bucket-fill tool.

Feel free to use this seamless tiling pattern however you'd like but please read below:

This is the base of a large pine cone we found in Florida.

I like the intricacy of the patterning.

Don't know what these are called. Again this was shot at Lalbagh flower show, Bangalore, Karnataka, India using my recent purchase Tamron 18 270.

A fancy Victorian wall tile design, this time by the interior designer Richardson. Looks good as a single motif, but should pattern up nicely.

Just a quick pattern experiment. I may rework this at some point and make it creamier.

On euro tour with Sean and Neil for 3 days of mayhem and a grand total of 8 hours sleep. Taking in some old and new sites and showing them some of what is out there as it was their first time. Also made time to meet up with the SPEXS crew.

Abandoned swimming pool with lots of interesting features, the builders are in so material is everywhere but still some shots worth taking.
