I'm a sucker for pattens and reflections so as I was walking through North Sydney having just indulged and purchased a SB600 .. this city scape was simply irresistible.. hope you enjoy the chocolate bar windows ;-)
Savoring the view from atop the formidable Patten Hill. 800ft climbing in 2mi to get up here, with 59mi/7k ft climbing on the legs.

Rock City features a long, convoluted rock trail lined with gardens containing hundreds of labelled local trees and plants. The trail also leads through a variety of unique and bizarre rock formations, including the 1,000 ton Balanced Rock and Fat Man's Squeeze. Two other sections, the Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village, are rock caves decorated with blacklight responsive sculptures. The High Falls of the Lookout Mountain is a manmade waterfall in the Rock City Gardens. The waterfall is 140 ft (43 m) high and empties into a base which appears as a small pool.

Tim Patten, a student at Red Bank Regional High School, does some Shakespeare. He was quite good at bringing the material to life.
The English Speaking Union promotes scholarship and the advancement of knowledge through the effective use of English in an expanding global community. I was invited to the Monmouth County Chapter Annual Spring Tea and National Shakespeare Competition presentation. Every year, an English teacher from Monmouth County is sponsored for a trip to England for three weeks at the Globe Theatre for an intensive Shakespeare program. The teachers across the U.S. return with their knowledge and experience to further enrich the education of their pupils in the appreciation of Shakespeare and the proper use of the English language.

About Kodachrome Basin State Park
Kodachrome Basin is a state park of Utah, USA. It is situated 5,800 feet (1,767.8 m) above sea level, 12 miles (19 km) south of Utah Route 12, and 20 miles (32 km) southeast of Bryce Canyon National Park. It is accessible from the north from Cannonville by a paved road and from the south by Road 400, a dirt road from the Page, Arizona area to Cannonville, passable for most vehicles in dry conditions. A longer but paved route to Tropic from the south is also available via US-89 and SR-12.
Some geologists believe Kodachrome Basin State Park was once similar to Yellowstone National Park with hot springs and geysers, which eventually filled up with sediment and solidified. Through time, the Entrada sandstone surrounding the solidified geysers eroded, leaving large sand pipes. Sixty-seven sand pipes ranging from two to 52 meters have been identified in the park.
Evidence near the park suggests that Native Americans were the first to wander through the area. Around the turn of the 20th century, cattlemen from Cannonville and Henrieville used the basin as a winter pasture. In 1948 the National Geographic Society explored and photographed the area for a story that appeared in the September 1949 issue of National Geographic. They named the area Kodachrome Flat, after the then relatively new brand of Kodak film they used. In 1962 the area was designated a state park. Fearing repercussions from the Kodak film company for using the name Kodachrome, the name was changed to Chimney Rock State Park, but renamed Kodachrome Basin a few years later with Kodak's permission.
