This cake was covored in chocolate buttercream. The plants and flowers are done in vanilla buttercream. The evergreen was made with tinted buttercream over an ice cream cone. The path is done with brown sugar.

Being born and raised by the beach in Australia I have a true hearts-calling for the ocean. Salt water runs through my veins. I live in the mid-west USA now, but my heart is back home.
The Kumano Kodō (熊野古道) is a series of ancient pilgrimage routes that crisscross the Kii Hantō, the largest Peninsula of Japan. These sacred trails were and are still used for the pilgrimage to the sacred site "Kumano Sanzan" (熊野三山), or the Three Grand Shrines of Kumano: Kumano Hongū Taisha (熊野本宮大社), Kumano Nachi Taisha (熊野那智大社) and Kumano Hayatama Taisha (熊野速玉大社
Off in the background there is a model of "Schackenborg, a large manor house at Mogeltonder near the border with Germany". Like many Legoland models, the area around it is nicely landscaped with little bonsai trees and stuff.
The path of the High Peak Trail passes these trees close to the A5012 road at Newhaven. The shot is taken looking towards Long Rake and Middleton-by-Youlgrave, in the Peak District of Derbyshire, whilst walking bak towards Friden.
A path from Stonehaven town to the Dunnottar castle is good to walk, not only for people also dogs.

Trudging up the path to Loch Brandy there were a few pockets of snow still remaining. Walking across them was a bit nervy as it was quite icy and the snow was deceptively deep in some parts.
