the first thing i bought after university. it is leaky now, but it still makes good images (most of the time.) today, i shoot film with either a leica m6 ttl or a nikon f4. times have changed, but I'm still in love with film. and with this little camera.

This poor Great Blue Heron was looking for a place to land but after flying around the park on three different times, it gave up. Our water level is so high it makes it difficult for them to find the right spot.
This is only halfway up the mountain, I walked to the top and what view, I was up there for most of the day just sitting around taking in Gods great creation

Another one from the archives, this time from our holiday in Cyprus 2017 and the light show that nature gave me after a huge storm that I sheltered from, waiting for it to pass as I could see what was coming.
Not much to do a few days before Christmas and you are simply waiting for your ship to leave the next day. Find a quiet place and enjoy the weather
As we walk through Rattlesnake Canyon in Arizona, we twist and turn our bodies to accommodate the ever changing walls.
Learning on the river from Mom is most important so stay close and be alert. The Mallard Ducks in the lower photo are the same Ducks as in the upper photo...i just followed them upstream, so as you can see they too are passing by the resting Canada Geese !
Pushing on that trigger is like pulling magic into my very soul...Darrell.

The yellow light trail is from one of the many boats on the Chao Phraya River.
As I noted a few days ago, finding a good vantage point for this temple on this side of the river is difficult. I met a nice couple who was staying at the Bed & Breakfast and they offered me their balcony to shoot from
