Cape Otway Lighthouse, Great Ocean Road, Victoria, Australia. At the southern tip of the continent guiding the ships into safe passage to the city of Melbourne ca. 100 kms (62 miles) away. It was established in 1848 on these towering sea cliffs 90 metres above where Bass Straight (between the Australian mainland and the island Australian state of Tasmania) and the Southern Ocean merge (which goes on down to the Antarctica).
The photo also suggests an analogy for safe passage through the turbulent 'waters' of the current pandemic and wishes you hope and light at the end of the tunnel.

Through one passage two hearts enter... through the other they emerge together as one.
One can almost hear the wedding bells echoing through the soft mist at Rosewood Isle where beauty abounds and romance fills the air.
A cold and lonely location, but still magical in its own way. Out yonder in Lake Superior, Michigan.

We are in Strasbourg, at Petite France neighborhood, crossing the bridge to enter the part of the old city, on our way to Notre Dame. It's 1:33am in the morning and I still haven't figured out what was it that made my head turn and caught my eye. There was something so attractive in this scene yet I couldn't tell what was it exactly. Was it that dim light painting the walls in a warm orange cast? Was it its reflections on those stairs? Was it the path next to the canal leading the eye? Maybe the windows standing in line next to each other, making their own entrance into the scene...
Don't know really. But when I saw that couple passing under the bridge, walking that narrow passage way, I knew I had to take the shot. Only to discover seconds after the click, that I had a modern fairy tale scene to get with me back home. And finally I knew what was it that caught my eye. It was Time. Everything was from another era, a different timeline, which somehow stood still for aeons, waiting for me to find it in the middle of a summer night. There it was with its tales, luring my mind deep in the shadows of history, pulling me in the old city to relive its glories of the past...
If you happen to find your self in Strasbourg, go to Petite France, on the bridge of Rue de la Division Leclerc late at night. Follow the pathway under the bridge only to find yourself in a magical place from another age, wandering under the dim light, in Time itself...
