The best shot we took of the Eiffel Tower or Tour Eiffel, as viewed from the top deck of the Open Tour (http://www.paris-opentour.com/en/) double decker bus we took on our last full day in Paris. Note the large, inflatable Rugby World Cup football visible in the space between first and second platforms. The cup final had occurred the evening before, with South Africa thankfully winning over England.

The view is from the right bank, probably from the Quai du Louvre as the bus was about turn on to the bridge and the Ile de la Cite.
