Rue de Paris - 17th and 18th century.
.
One of the Travers le temps sections. Vintage shops, facades and decorations constructed just like how it was in the early beginning of modern-day Paris. Nice vintage posters decorate the walls, the few streetlights illuminate the scene. Even the train accident at the Montparnasse trainstation can be seen.

We managed to get to Parc Asterix when we visited Paris recently, which is absolutely fabulous. This abstract shot is of one of the more gentle rides, taken whilst my family had a go. There were fan like attachments, almost like ship sails, attached to each car on the ride. I managed to capture this shot before the ride started.

Ever been to a Roman Amphitheater?.
.
Everyone knows the Flavian Amphitheater (Amphitheater Flavium), better known as the Colosseum, built in the 1st century AD. in Rome, it was the largest amphitheater in the Roman Empire and is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. It is almost unreal to see a nice smaller replica of such a Roman theater here in this park.
Huge Roman shields adorn the large arena which is now used as a theatre. It is strongly reminiscent of a Roman Amphitheater as it was designed and built. Realize that the facade seen from the outside is three times as high and 10 times as impressive for a child. A small Roman guard post outside supervises this structure, entirely in the same Roman style and also at a great height.

By Belenos! That is Toutatis.
.
A superb creation of a huge statue to decorate the Toutatis parc attraction area. So many very nice details, surrounded by even more gaulic weapon shields. It's an excellent example of todays design and construction skills to create this kind of art.
