Pretty recently I discovered something amazing: Now that my hair isn't BRIGHT EFFING RED, I can wear colors. Bright colors in loud, crazy patterns.
So what better way to celebrate than by taking an upside-down picture?
Paradigm Church, a new church plant in Asheville, was started October 10, 2010, by lead church planter/pastor Terry Hollifield.
The new church meets in second floor rented rooms in a strip shopping center, sharing a building with a Subway sandwich shop and a martial arts school, among others, located near the Biltmore Square Mall, not far from the I-40/I-26 interchange.
The church plant is being supported by the Baptist State Convention and especially by Pole Creek Baptist Church, Enka, where Hollifield earlier served as minister of education. Hollifield is working to reach lost people who are questioning spirituality. After a strong Bible-based sermon which emphasizes explaining the Christian faith in simple terms, he holds a question-and-answer session with the congregation.

I realise that I haven't been posting up a lot of pictures lately, and here is the reason why. Picked up an old pair of Paradigm Titans V1 and I have been lost in the hi-fi world for the last few weeks.
Been taking the opportunity to sit down every night with my wife and going through my CD collection and am really enjoying these speakers. Of course, it cannot compete with my Totem Acoustics Hawks, but it is not meant to. What it does, it does very well, very enjoyable.
In anycase, anyone out there interested in hi-fi, you should try getting one of these, Paradigm Titans (old versions). The V1, V2 and V3 can be had from $100 to $200 per pair (depending on age and condition. These speakers are not fussy, can be placed simply, images very well, pleasant bass bump, and finally, the best part, can be mated with lower end electronics and still sound good.

A paradigm shift represents a change in thinking, the adoption of a new way of seeing the world, or even a new way of living. As you make your way down the spectacular, long driveway past Paradigm Hill’s lush, tangling vines, you get a visceral sense of the inspiration that drove George and Ruth Mihaly’s change in direction almost 15 years ago, their paradigm shift, when they established a winery on an old Merricks farm.
