Eleven panels for a private theater in a home in Russia. I used Novacolor acrylic paints on a very fuzzy sound deadening cloth that was quite a challenge to paint on. They will be mounted on stretchers with columns separating them. Each panel is 100 inches high, and the widths vary from 28 inches up to 130 inches for panel #4. The series is based on a set of 15th century Flemish hunting tapestries.

This small Individual Function Switch panel at Immingham East Junction SB controlled the entrance to the single line Light Railway towards Grimsby, and access to the disused Immingham Freight Terminal, about quarter of a mile round the corner from the box.
This location is near to the replacement Immingham East SB site and became known as Queens Road Junction.
About five months after this photo was taken, Immingham East Junction SB was closed with its area of control being remodelled and taken over by a small NX panel in a modular building round the corner.
The short lived replacement Immingham East Junction box itself ceased to be a signalling control location from Christmas Eve 2015 when it was closed and control transferred to the North Lincs Workstation at York ROC, photos of which can be found later in this album.

Our solar panels will be mounted 11' off the ground to prevent any
shade from our trailer. If there is a significant amount of shade at
any point on a solar panel you will not qualify for tax credits.
These 16' tall poles will be burried and concreted 5' deep. I was
able to get them at a sweet price because they were a odd thickness
with a some welding bead on the side. $10 a foot instead of $20 a
foot. You can see all this steel gets VERY expensive.
On Friday, September 30, 2016 Director of the White House Domestic Policy Council Cecilia Muñoz (AB '84) returns to the University of Michigan to chair a panel of public servants from rebounding Midwestern cities: Detroit, Michigan; Gary, Indiana; and Youngstown, Ohio. Each provides an example of the Obama Administration's "place-based" approach in action.
The panel featured communities embracing a collaborative eco-system, relying on partners across local, state and federal government, and other institutions to make progress on long-standing issues such as pervasive blight, crime, poor community trust in law enforcement, chronic homelessness and more.
Panelists: Abigail Beniston - Youngstown, Ohio; Kerry Duggan - The White House; Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson - Gary, Indiana; Arthur Jemison - Detroit, Michigan; Colonel Kevin C. Riley - Youngstown, Ohio

The panel discussion Poetic Systems looks at system-theoretical approaches at the nexus of art and architecture. Where can system theory, a sociological concept, be applied outside of its original discipline? Which dimensions are opened up by artistic research, an artistic viewpoint or Art Thinking in combination with system theory – and which new points of intersection emerge? Speakers with backgrounds in sociology, architecture, art and scientific research gather here to share their insights on this topic.

Panel 10 was around here somewhere - but its gone now. Along London Wall (the road that is) is the Church of All Hallows. Its northern wall is built into the London Wall, and Panel 10 was sited here. I suspect that the 2 metal posts with angled heads (just visible in this picture half way along the length of the ancient looking bit of wall) used to house to plaque.
This photo is number 24 of a set of 60 following the line of the wall and points of interest along the way - www.flickr.com/photos/jimgunnee/sets/72157600537571233/
