Double sided porcelain steel neon sign from the Paramount Theater in Palm Beach FL. Yes, neon once did exist there and was allowed circa post-war, the theater closed in the 70's but the building is still in use as offices and a church. Various artifacts from it still pop up here & there, when some guy I met told me he had an old neon he wanted me to barter for I didn't expect this!

This summer has been furious and probably the greatest I have ever experienced. Last week, a special friend came down to visit, and we ventured around Ft. Lauderdale many times, and Homestead/the Keys on Monday. I decided to bring along this disposable camera I found laying around, and I got the cd today, which was all fucked up, but that is completely okay! Went to Palm beach yesterday to visit my lovely cousin and her new house, and tomorrow I am going to Connecticut. Perhaps I will be in New York sometime? I don't know!

Life is awesome.

I posted some more over here.

Also, I recently made another tumblr for stuff that isn't mine because it is the only thing I am finding to be entertaining on the internet anymore.

I hope everyone here is loving living lively love life

With Amtrak train on one track. This was the second leg of my trip from the Palm Beach airport to Miami. (the first being the bus from the airport to this station)

2014 Strategic Leadership Forum | The Breakers, Palm Beach

This is from my vacation. Though this was not the condo where we stayed. This beautiful, very Spanish architecturally built condo was completely deserted, save for one person, the game keeper. In fact, many of the condos in Palm Beach were empty. I never found out if it was foreclosures, or renovations, or just the off season for this rather posh area. So late one night, my brother and I sneak over to check the place out. It was the only place, oddly enough, that the pool was lit at night. It is turtle nesting season, and it is illegal to have bright lights, flashlights, camera flash, fireworks etc. as it may scare the turtles away. It was so very eerie though, very "The Shining." Haha.

Other notes: My life is looking up. I got a job. Just as a hostess, but it's easy enough. And lots of other fun things ;)

Oh! And I've gotten my other laptop to turn back on! At least temporarily, which is why I got to edit this HDR.

Detail Here.
