Parceque le linge qui sèche dans les rues en Italie, c'est l'Italie non ?
I still feel funny calling myself that. I am not very good at painting or drawing. At all. But I am going to keep trying and the Four Corners Project is helping me to do that. And I love it. It's all about expression. And if someone doesn't like your work? That's ok. As long as you do. As long as it has meaning for you or makes you feel something. And if people love it? That's fun too.

My grandparents made entries from 1969 to 1973, when it seems that the idea of recording paint details fell out of fashion with them.

Ariel Gato Marinda is an artist in Cuba who paints on paper he manufacturers himself from discarded office paper. He makes his own dyes from local natural materials. I purchased a small silk screen he made of a Cuban Trogon, Cuban's national bird, and made a portrait of him in his modest but highly effective and productive studio. I did see a trogon in the wild, and his portrait is very representative of the bird. Las Terrazas, Cuba, March 2019
