The MKC MADIG is the medical tool of tomorrow's battle field, and disaster scenario. An acronym for Multi Administration Drug Injection Gun, the MADIG carries 20 empty needle-darts in a rotational magazine, beneath the injection chamber. On top of the device is a Multi-Phase, X-ray Micro-density combination camera, that can independently ascertain the nature of an injury. The camera then sends this data to the Drug Storage Tank. Currently available is a multi-platform tank, where several different drugs (Adrenaline, pain relief, etc.) are stored in separate containers, and each is injected into a needle as needed, before the needle is fired pneumatically. However, MKC is currently researching and experimenting with a multi-purpose drug, that can accommodate many different uses and reliefs, depending on temperature. Should this new drug become effective, the storage tank would only need carry this one drug, and heat it to the specified temperature before firing. Also available from MKC is a nano-mite and anti-nano warfare solution.

I got out of work fairly promptly today to go and get my hair cut. Then some nice things, but early on I started a little headache.
They normally go away, but this one started turning into a big headache. Bah.
Anyway, a couple of paracetemol and an early night should hopefully fix it.

the acupuncture sessions i get these days last about 20-25 minutes. i get pinned, relax a little, and when the initial sensations start to fade i sit up and manipulate the needles. that one in my foot is awkward to reach, because bending to get to it makes the other needles all activate in ways that are not thoroughly pleasant.

Leonard Trask, the Wonderful Invalid.Leonard Trask (June 30, 1805 – ?)[1] was an American who suffered from a "contortion of neck and spine" during his late 20s after an accident while horse riding, which led to Trask becoming a medical curiosity. After numerous attempts at a cure, several further accidents resulting from his condition, and a loss of employment and mobility, Trask (by then earning small amounts of money as a curiosity) published an account of his condition which further increased his renown. His condition remained unsolved upon his death, but he was subsequently diagnosed post mortem with ankylosing spondylitis (AS).[1]

A sitz bath is a routine in which you sit in warm water for either comfort or to relieve the pain in the anal or vaginal region caused by certain medical conditions.
The weather is beautiful and you can’t think of a better way to start your morning than with a stroll in the colorful summer surroundings. Yet, you have to say no due to the pain in your feet. Nobody likes to say no to the things they enjoy because of pain. Surprisingly, many don’t try to deal with their pain, and instead, assume it is just a discomfort they will have to live with. There could be a variety of fixable reasons why your feet are in pain. Read on to see if there may be something that can alleviate your pain.
Bunions
A bunion can happen to anyone, but it often occurs in women. It’s a bony bump that develops on the inside of the foot along the joint of the big toe. It usually develops over time, causing it to increase in pain as it pushes your big toe over to the second. Surgery is needed to correct this, but if you are wanting to prolong surgery or are recovering from surgery, you may find the bunion regulator helpful. It is a device worn at night to help stretch the tendons surrounding the bones, thereby helping correct and keep the bunion from growing larger.
Pronation
Pronation is the degree to which your foot moves inward. Your foot should roll inward around 15 percent. However, many people have a tendency for their foot to roll more than that inward or outward. Overpronation is when the foot rolls too far inward and supination is when the foot rolls too far outward. Both of these can cause not only foot pain but leg, knee and back pain. Insoles are a great aid in this. You can do this with small heel straights or gel insoles that come in a variety of sizes for kids and adults.
Diabetes and Skin Issues
Diabetes can cause a lot of foot pain including skin issues. If you have dry skin and cracked calluses on your feet, a moisturizing lotion can help aid in pain relief so you can start walking again without wincing.
Plantar Fasciitis
Three million people suffer from plantar fasciitis. It’s extreme heel pain due to inflammation of the heel tissue that starts at the heel and follows through to your toes. Putting this brace on while you sleep can help to alleviate pain symptoms during the day.
General Foot Disorder

This is what I lie on when my BSR practitioner is working on me. You stand against it and she lowers you down. Not as bad as it sounds. I had another session Friday morning and go for my last of the three next Thursday. I will let you know how I get on.
