Being used as working boats to tow out pieces of the old Salmon Arm dock

The dude proceeded to speed out of the harbor and then hit a wave and got thrown about 60 feet from his PWC which he was eventually able to climb back on to. Someone from a boat eventually switched places with him and commandeered the PWC. I would not be surprised if he got a slight concussion from the wipeout.
