June is Pride Month in the UK. Here we are in 2022 and all around the world people are still bullied, harassed, dismissed, discriminated against, hurt and killed simply for who they love.
We should be free to love irrespective of race, religion, gender and gender identity. We are all human. Just one species sharing a single magical oasis in the vastness of space. It is long overdue that we treated each other with humanity and compassion.

The London Pride Event is happening from June 1st in London Town Second Life. I have some FREE hair that would be perfect - yep I've blogged it before, but if you only just found me, thank heavens huh? I got you covered. Innocent to the pestilence and madness that dominate the news from the human world; makes me almost envious of him even though I know he must have his own prejudices as well judging by that scar over his right eye. This black bear was in the ditch about 10 feet away safely taken from my truck oblivious to my presence fully immersed in eating dandelions until I turned up the music hoping to make eye contact when I took this shot, then he high-tailed it out of dodge. I guess he didn't like my taste in music. I believe Tom Petty was playing at the time.

We don't have many black people living here in this town, maybe one or two families but I have to say they were always nicer to me than white people. I will never forget the kindness of Elmer Cooper who passed away many years ago. He took my stallion in when he was sick because I didn't have a barn at my rented farm. I did repay him with a few stud breedings but that was because I never liked owing anyone. I remember him saying I deserved better than what life handed me. Be kind to each other out there.
