Decided to go with a utilitarian object rather than something vintage. Had to stick the lens inside the glass to take this which got interesting when I tried to put some sparkling water in there too!

I had to google this.....makes sense to me. A dead fish carcass will float, causing an array of problems, including stink. If the gases are removed by poking the eyes, the carcass will sink to the bottom and be eaten by various bottom feeders.

I bought a beautiful piece of Ahi Tuna and made poke, a hawaiian dish using raw Ahi Tuna. The last step is to add the green onions.
