Oh look, something that isn't a render.
Although I'd like to take proper pictures of this thing, my camera is straight shit, dawgzzzz. So until I upgrade my phone in a few weeks, this poopy image will have to suffice.
Late night at work, eyes burning, this image is the best I can manage tonight.
Hopeful everyone's 2013 is off to a wonderful start.
i missed yesterday for very flippant and stupid reasons so here is a placeholder in case i don't have time or energy to post something later.. i've been kinda busy all afternoon and unless plans get cancelled i might be busy this evening as well and "doing things" is often why i keep missing days some days, ironic as it may be. i'm mostly doing good things, but i have very poor time management skills, so i need to start being more self-conscious. i really should just do my photos first thing in the AM; it might work out so much better.

Tokyo Stock Exchange's so-called Market Center. The real stock trading floor closed in 1999. In its place is now just a glass cylinder, a few screens and a silly ticker—something for clueless journalists, who think trading pits at exchanges are still where the action is, to shoot when reporting on Japan's economy and stock market.

This beauty was just a little too distant for us to get the shot we want of a harrier. We first saw it on a tree too far to even identify with binoculars. But when it flew, and we saw the wings and white patch id became apparent. We had to try for capture anyway. There are shots of top and side in the comments below.

at my architecture critique on monday, the reviewers persistently referred to my model as a diagram, for reasons beyond me. they said to never include people in one's diagrams. they went on about it as if it didn't represent architectural forms. 'these are just placeholders, right?' they asked, to which my loyal partner replied in agreement. i, speechless from lack of sleep and tolerance of these snobby academics, stood there in disbelief, not understanding why they couldn't get that those were buildings, but apparently rendered incapable of refuting. placeholders!? why, no, those are, in fact, buildings.
so here is a placeholder that will not be replaced, but i haven't the time to make new things, so you get an old one.
Time is short tonight, posting this portrait of Motif1 in Rockport, MA, until I have time to post other material. Sorry...life got in way today.
Evan was being a little bitch and begged me to make something to replace the Kiowa and/or something similar to his own recent scout copter design, so I did just that after I whooped his ass with a stick. So yeah . . .
More pics later, yo.
