P.S : I'm very sorry to my followers and those i follow that i've been silent lately. Wifi didn't work for more then a week and sadly it made it for me impossible to use Flickr or use SL. I'm doing my best to catch up. :)

This beautiful cottage is in Etal.

“Of course I’ll hurt you. Of course you’ll hurt me. Of course we will hurt each other. But this is the very condition of existence. To become spring, means accepting the risk of winter. To become presence, means accepting the risk of absence.”

Etta at the waterhole on a hot day.

I picture you with this illustration of an old Brownie camera by Kodak.

That is my little sister

Idk what she wearing though ;)

Having recently gone for a drive to find a photo opportunity, I posted a picture of ice along the shoreline of a local lake but this is the big picture - encompassing more of the lake itself.

If there was one picture that I wanted to take on my trip to the Redwoods, this was it. Sunlight streaming through a grove, beams of light piercing the mist of the undergrowth. I was lucky enough to experience two clear sunrises while in Northern California (the rest were all misty and rainy thanks to an Atmospheric River) but this one, taken in along Jedediah Smith's Boy Scout Trail was the perfection I was seeking.

Redwood National Park is on Yurok land.

Picture Lake is the centerpiece of a strikingly beautiful landscape in the Heather Meadows area. The classic alpine vista of Mt. Shuksan mirrored in Picture Lake is one of the most photographed mountain scenes in North America. A backdrop of mountains, wildflowers and colorful plant foliage make this a beautiful, universally accessible family hike.

Blue Skies? Check. Champ Leader? Check. SD40-2? Cherry on top. A stellar EMD pair leads FEC 204 across the San Sebastian River in St. Augustine on a gorgeous spring morning in north Florida.

Asakusabashi, Tokyo

Kanazawa, Japan. Wearing kimono and walking seems to be quite popular...

Just in case it's not obvious, the picture frame was actually there beside the lake!

35mm film photography, lab developed and scanned.

In Strasbourg. Yes, I'm finally getting back to editing...

We've only been there twice and plan on going back (hopefully) quite a few more. A lot of places we visit we're fine with a "one and done" type of visit, but then sometimes special places come along that we can't get enough of. Pictured Rocks is definitely one of them.
