What is phlegm? Phlegm is the sticky and thick stuff that hangs around your throat when you’re sick. But did you know that this sticky stuff helps support and protect our respiratory system? The mucus membranes are those responsible for making them. This is sticky so that is can easy trap viruses, dust and allergens.

Sheffield, S3 8EN

Situated in the up and coming area of Kelham Island, just outside Sheffield's city centre, Riverside Kelham is the perfect place to indulge in food and drink. Open 7 days a week, we are passionate about catering to your every need; whether that’s enjoying a gin and tonic in our beer garden on a sunny day, to a Sunday roast by the fire on a winter's evening. During the day we are child-friendly - just ask for a children’s food menu at the bar - and we even have a designated doggy treat station so that your four-legged friends can join you.
