i like the lichen and barnacles as stories of phases
and the rust fused hexagonal nut as a reference point with/in next shot

This up-close-and-personal view of Clyde G12C 1204 shows the interesting way the G&W logo has been applied to the short hood to comply with the stringent corporate image of owner Genesee & Wyoming.
At the time, 1204 was joined by 850, 873 and 905 as they assembled their train of empty grain hoppers at Port Lincoln. At the time this was uploaded, the fate of the two former West Australian A Class is unclear - the closure of the grain railway putting them well and truly out of work.
Kitty spent some time out in the sun this afternoon. When she came in she headed straight for her favorite spot in the hallway to catch a cross breeze.
