The feral instinct can never completely be modified in a cat born wild. I worked for an entire year getting close to this cat, then finally captured her and had her vetted. She settled happily for a few years, then went walk-about for 2 years, before returning home in 2019. My cats all have distinctly different personalities, and TinkerBell's continues to surprise and fascinate me.
Frogs are not unlike humans in that individuals have very different personalities. Some are terrified of people, screeching and diving under water at the first hint of proximity. With others, one can gradually forge a relationship of trust.
Wild frogs of the right temperament can be slowly approached by gently talking to them with a musical voice. They may not understand words but can sense intent within tonalities and over time become familiar with certain notes.
I built such a bond of trust with the tree frog in this photo during the summer of 2023. With dew lap throbbing in response to my greetings, it remained comfortable as I got very close with my camera.
If flowers had personalities, how would you describe how they feel? For some reason this one seems kind of "accepting". Like here I am, a weed by the side of the road, but I'm happy and that's enough for me I accept my lot in life.
Speaking of lots, did you know Mariah Carey's hubby gave her title deeds for a lot of land as a present last Christmas? When she opened it she said ...... I don't want a lot for Christmas ...

Dissociative identity disorder or dissociative identity disorder (also used as a diagnosis of multiple personality disorder; sometimes referred to in the wider culture as a split personality) is a mental disorder from the group of dissociative disorders in which a person's identity is not whole and it seems that there are several in the body of one person. different personalities (or, in other terminology, ego states or alters). At the same time, at certain moments, a “switch” occurs in a person - one part of the identity replaces another.

Dogs have personalities for sure. This guy is full of tricks and gags. He will allow Rachel to dress him in most anything. He’s protective, loves the outdoors and has an appetite of two dogs his size. He loves his life (taken from a shelter he spent almost a year in) and he loves immeasurably. A good fun loving pair they are. He comes here 2 or 3 Friday’s a month while she’s at work. He enriched my days and he’s probably not even aware of it🐾🐾

The destiny of Prešov in the 17th – 18th century was more than any other eastern city linked to the powerful Rákoczi family and its important personalities. Rákoczi residence, as a reminder of those turbulent times, still excludes the east side of Main Street (house no. 86) facing the Roman Catholic Parish church.
Two medieval burgher houses stood originally in its place. At the end of the 16th century, two parcels were purchased by Sigismund Rákóczi, prince of Transylvania, who had city palace reconstructed in the Renaissance style. After the reconstruction another followed, late-Renaissance repair of the whole object at the beginning of the 17th century. While it was typical suave facade with windows, bay windows, finished with a beautiful attic, consisting of combinations of tags, crimps and blind arcades.
The entire facade and the attic are richly decorated by graphite. Thus Rákoczis succeeded in creating a genuine masterpiece of Renaissance architecture, regarded as the most beautiful urban Renaissance palace in the former Upper Hungary.
History of the Palace, since its establishment, is closely linked to family history of Rakoczis. In 1633 there were conducted the negotiations between representatives of the Transylvanian Prince, George I. Rákóczi and Emperor Ferdinand II, completed by signing the Prešov Peace. In April 1701 Habsburg authorities imprisoned there Francis II. Rákóczi,who had been captured in his mansion in Veľký Šariš. In 1711 it was confiscated and several owners changed off.
During the 18th century the wings of the courtyard were renewed in the Baroque style. In 19th century building had several owners or tenants who have adapted it for business and workshop premises.
Careful reconstruction of the palace to its original Renaissance form, completed by restoration of graphite decoration of the facade was in 1950-1956. Currently, the building houses the Regional Museum.

SSand dunes seem to have very distinct personalities, at least from what I’ve observed in Death Valley National Park and nearby areas. Perhaps counterintuitively, their forms are much more stable than we might imagine, and the changes are mostly superficial. Their unique qualities come from their orientation to the surrounding landscape, how the light strikes them, their tendency (necessarily quite high!) to be in windy areas, the materials that form the sand, the amount of plant life in and around them, and small but persistent features that they hold — peaks, ridges, valleys, twists and turns, hollows, and more.
This was my first visit to the dunes in this photograph. Based on their orientation and the distance to and height of nearby mountains, I had some idea of what the light might be like before I set foot on them. But until I got there I had no idea of the smaller features that could be revealed by changing light. I photographed this beautiful curving pattern in the morning, shortly after the sunlight arrived over the top of a nearby ridge and slanted across the dunes to create the yin-yang pattern of light and shadow along a curve that was surprisingly broken near its lower end.

Jesus' feet are no more, as they built the door from the cafeteria to the kitchen. In 1652, a doorway was cut through the mural, removing Jesus’ feet.

The apostles are grouped into four groups of three, leaving Christ relatively isolated at the center. From left to right (from the point of view of those who are in front of the painting), according to their heads, they are: in the first group, Bartolomeu, Tiago Menor and André; in the second group, Judas Iscariote, Pedro (white hair) and João (beardless); Christ at the center; in the third group, Tomé, Tiago Maior and Filipe (also beardless); and in the fourth group, Mateus (apparently with a thin beard), Judas Tadeu and Simão Cananeu also called Simão, Zelote, last. These identifications come from an autograph manuscript by Leonardo found in the 19th century.
It is thought that the face of Judas depicted in the painting would portray Girolamo Savonarola, a Dominican priest who ruled Florence and who was executed by order of Pope Alexander VI in 1498.
If the leonine does not take shame home, the apostle Tiago Menor reacts to the betrayal announced by Christ as a direct affront.

Our emotions and feelings play a big roll in creation of our personalities like being a sophisticated or mysterious person. We all have same emotions and feelings, but we react differently at a same situation.
Emotions and feelings are electrochemical reactions. The chemicals’ concentrations created by each situation might be genetically different for each person. It might also change during our lifetime, and may create behavioural change.

Fermin Muguruza (born 20 April 1963) is a Basque rock musician, singer, songwriter, producer, record label manager, and co-founder of the ska punk band Kortatu, active from 1983 to 1988, and of the crossover group Negu Gorriak, active from 1990 to 1996.
Born in Irun, Gipuzkoa, Basque Country, he is the brother of musicians Íñigo Muguruza [es] and Jabier Muguruza [es] and is one of the personalities interviewed for the documentary film The Basque Ball, released in 2003.

This iceberg had so many personalities (if you can say that) depending on which façade you saw. This is the second image I've posted of it and there will be a third. The thing is, this angle is so different that I bet you can't tell which is the other image shot of it that I've already posted.
Even though And we shot it late - at 1:30am, so that the light was soft as it gets at that time of the year.
