Description: I took these shots of cells using a microscope. The photographs developed the marine life theme. The bold colours found in marine life also impacted upon my later development work.
Made a last minute decision to check out this festival. It was a pain to get in - Argentina showed it's nature and we queued for 2 hours to get in despite already having tickets. We missed most of Macy Gray's set but it was fun in the end.
A double page spread from my personal art journal. Here, I take cuttings from magazines and print text over the top as well as little drawings and paintings throughout. I use this journal as a place to visualise my thoughts and feelings; the image on the left was also inspiration for a new series of prints and drawings which have been included in this online portfolio.
