After the first day of the PCF World Forum all speakers came together for some relaxed networking in a private club called 'Münzsalon' in Berlin-Mitte. A strictly vegan three-course menu developed by Berlin's hottest young chef Stephan Hentschel of CookiesCream restaurant was served and kickstarted some interesting discussions on 'What is the most climate friendly food?'
