Paris : Colonel Fabien - Espace Niemeyer

A binocular that could be good if it wasent for a few points. Firstly the field of view is to narrow, even for a 7x50. Next the build quality is unacceptable from Pentax. There is a large amount of slop in the oculars resulting in noticeable alignment issues when focusing. It is also not waterproof despite it's appearance and has a small amount of fungus inside. Dismataling this binocular looks difficult and probably most of the rubber coverings are glued on. It does however have good eye relief with large slide up ocular outer covers and a great focus lock mechanism to fix the focus wheel into position.

View wise, the image is bright and nicely sharp in the center but going soft quickly despite a small FOV.

Many thanks to you ALL for the views, faves and comments you make on my shots it is very appreciated.
