the bad guy is on the right (black body), and the replacement is on the left (white body). to make it work, i folded the smt wings, and carved out a bit off the top of the pcb, to make the wings fit through the pcb. on the other side, just dab the solder, to make a good contact, as seen on another pic (IMG_5907).
