Down Long Reef Headland and to the moon!

I went to Long Reef to watch the Lunar Eclipse unfold. Things were looking good early, but we were ultimately foiled by cloud which rolled in from the South.

This is one of a series of photographs that I took that day from different parts of the island. I intend to put more photographs on here from that day, please take a look if you can. I would also recommend that if you're ever in the vicinity of Lindisfarne you pay it a visit. It's just one of those special places.

I've created a time lapse video on Lindisfarne if you would like to take a look. Check my about me page for the link.

This pathway will take you to the Anglesey barracks.

Taken yesterday on our short trip to Tirol (Südtirol, Alto Adige) with my beloved wife and some really good friends of us. This is the path to the "Rittner Erdpyramiden". But we didn't ever saw one of them. All where hidden in the mist. But..beautfiul too :)

On the first day we hiked around the Three Peaks (Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Drei Zinnen). Yesterday the weather was a bit bad and today we visited the Karersee (Lago die Carezza). More pics to come.

Thank you my dear for doing this with me. Love you :)

From the lens of Mrs. Z.

I'm kinda teaching Mrs. Z photography. I'm thinking there's not much I can teach her.

in the last ten days we had so many storms, lightnings and thunder, guess I missed out on the real autumn images

Thought we could do with a shot showing a sunny day considering we have had to put up with all the winter storms, so a little something from my archive. March is a good time to photograph at the Fairy Pools, the light is starting to improve and there are fewer tripods competing for space.

Taken on Long Reef Beach in Northern Beaches, Sydney

I've looked over this shot quite a few times and never really thought I'd use it. But after a few days of no new images, I thought I'd have a go at some older stuff and came across this one. Even though the trees seem somewhat unbalanced in size here I still kind of like how they lined the pathway disappearing into the fog.

**PLEASE NO FLASHY OR GLITTERY COMMENTS AND LOGOS.**

Thanks for looking. Cheers everyone.

Random Goodness Art Walk . Local Artiste e Michelle Hoogveld

I have come to this Chase Water Reserve for my daily walk a year already. Surprising till now then I found that there are paths leading to hidden pathway with beautiful lake. I had my lonely walk on boxing day with heavy rain but the lake was still and beautiful with strong moving current through a small fall.

Where does it lead?

This takes you to Gelert's grave and his bronze statue behind a wall.

Lovely walk alongside fields with cows and sheep....all friendly [ but won't budge at all off their territory] !!!
