It is that time of year when the coneflowers start to bloom...summer is rolling by...the timing is felt by the blooms found in the garden...
When we were at the Shuswap each night I went to the same spot that gave me a view of Copper Island. Some nights it gave me a glimpse of color and some nights, not. But each time I went, the area delivered a different view with this one of the south side of the island providing a pleasing pastel display of colors. When I processed the RAW file I also moved the slider on the clarity to the left. This contributed to soft look of the image even further
Really liked these cool blue tones and shades early in the sunset ... some soft magenta colors were to follow, but not for another few minutes.
Forgive the weird sky, I clicked on one of my presets and this is what I saw. For some reason I liked it. It was slightly foggy at Lake Constance but a little dull and grey. Obviously from the archives
Some of the best pastels are in wool. I would never put a pastel tie with a pastel shirt. I hope this makes you smile. Pretty in pastel. Smile its Saturday.
