Partnership House, built in 2006 for Northern Rock Building Society this building located at the Regent Centre in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne is now owned by the council following the near closure of Northern Rock, and now stands only partially occupied.
Strolling by the viaduct at Auckland, New Zealand which is often visited by tourists to enjoy the sights and sounds by the sea.

SkyPoint is a 361 ft (110 m) high rise in Tampa, Florida. It was constructed from 2005 to 2007 and has 33 floors. The Preston Partnership, LLC along with Echelon Engineering, LLC designed the building, which is the 9th tallest building in Tampa. It has 380 Residential units spread across 25 levels sitting atop seven levels of enclosed parking. The ground floor houses 10,800 square feet (1,000 m2) of retail space.
Separating the parking levels from the residential is a large amenity deck that houses a 4,000 square feet (370 m2) clubhouse, a 2,500 square feet (230 m2) fitness center, a media room, and lounge, as well as a large landscaped terrace and swimming pool. Skypoint is composed of cast-in-place concrete in conjunction with post-tensioned cables. Concrete strengths range from 5,000 pounds per square inch (34,000 kPa) at typical residential floors up to 10,000 pounds per square inch (69,000 kPa) at the ground level columns and shearwalls. Just before its grand opening to residents, William “Wild Bill” Stroup BASE-jumped off the building on March 6, 2007.

Continuum South Beach are two residential skyscrapers located in Miami Beach, Florida's South Beach. They are both located directly in the southern extremity of the city, overlooking Government Cut.
The South Tower, which opened in 2002, is 471 ft. tall and has 40 floors.
The North Tower, which opened in 2008, is 412 ft. tall has 37 floors.
Both towers were developed by Ian Bruce Eichner's, The Continuum Company, LLC. and designed by architects, Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, Inc. and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP.

Partnership with Hudson New York's Annual Sankofa Festival of African Arts. Partnered with the youth of Hudson, NY and they chose the theme of BLM. To represent the history of Hudson New York, we chose to use Harriet Tubman & her connection to the Underground Railroad through Hudson, NY (Past) then to the right, Breonna Taylor (Present), and in the middle is a portrait of George Floyd's daughter, Gianna Floyd (Future). She is emerging from both of these women to represent future change.

I had a bit of corporate gig this week (with my employer) at the Argo Yard in Seattle. WM received this snoot-nosed SD38-2 to be used as a switching engine at WM's Columbia Ridge Landfill rail yard outside Arlington, Oregon.
