Photographed from half-way along the Sydney Harbour Bridge walkway, about 50 metres from the south-eastern pylon - right beside the Cahill Expressway.
I rested the camera on the level section of the harbour bridge pedestrian guard rail.
It was a chaotic scene with SO many photographers on the bridge but I got there early enough, having parked the car at Lavender Bay (on Lavender Street). I then walked across the bridge, via a Flat White Coffee, as well as a pear & macadamia tart, at Kirribilli's Oski cafe.
I chose the 24-105mm lens over my normal choice for harbour & city shots, the 16-35mm lens, in order to get a bit more detail in the buildings and the Quay. I am not sure that it worked. Ideally I would like to get a 24-200mm lens.
My Canon EOS 5D Mk IV with the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L lens.

The Lily Pad restaurant at Osborne landing serves customers on the dock. Unusually warm night in February
Macro Mondays is a weekly theme-based challenge group. This weeks mission? Sound. The subject had to be a man-made item that creates sound. I chose a child's whistle.
While I was shooting, I kept thinking about the poor parents who would have to listen to the horrid sound that these whistles produce! lol Measurement of the subject is 3/4" width and 3/4"length.

This was at the "Truck Stop" in Show Low, Arizona, USA.. A fun place of different foods, drinks, bands, arts, crafts, and games. The theme is old trucks and they are parked all around with many being used as seating, stage, or decoration.

Today I had great fun in the forest, as you can see. This is a single shot. I used flashlight and - of course - I was zooming my lens by hand whilst taking the picture.

One of my entries for the photo contest i've been working on since weeks. In my language we mostly call the lightbulbs a different name : "lightpeach" Using this as a starting point i thought it would be a pretty funny idea to line them up next to each other and take a picture! :)
