(check the result out here: flic.kr/p/qNLkZi).

i think, he's probably going to be something like my muse. he's one of the only persons who understands what i think before i know it. so thanks to him that he made this amazing pose and the pained look. i never get tired of shooting him.

Je vous présente mon pain préféré, le norvégien. J'adore son parfum et ses saveurs multiples. Il n'est proposé que le weekend chez mon boulanger attitré "Le Sébillon" à Landemont, c'est donc un moment privilégié.

I grabbed a birdarang out of my bag and threw it at her. It lodged into her hand causing her to drop the gun she was holding.

You bitch!

I threw another one that landed in her leg. She winced in pain. She fell to her knees and pulled the birdarang out of her hand.

You dirty, rotten, bitch!

She tried to throw it back at me but she missed by a mile. She crawled towards me leaving a trail of blood on the wooden floor.

Watch your back! Next time there is going to be a bullet in your head!

I looked back at her. I could tell she was in a lot of pain.

I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.

I opened the door and walked got a bus to drop me off at my apartment. I sat on my couch silently. I walked into the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. I felt terrible about what I did with my so called friend. I curled myself into a ball on my bed. Is this what it comes to? Hurting my friends? Having scars all over my body? Losing the ones I love?

I took this photo at "The Shriners Fest" 2016, held in Evansville Indiana. This part was a mock battle that was part of a historical re-enactment of an L.S.T. troop landing in W.W.II. This shot has been cropped a lot.

The "trapped Nerve" series continues:-

Pinched nerves, also known as compressed nerves, can happen anywhere in the body where nerves are found. They can cause pain, tingling and numbness in various body parts. When nerves become pinched in the back, which is often the result of problems within the spine, simple movements can be difficult and painful.

In some cases, these symptoms can be resolved with exercise.

The Slump Stretch

Sit straight and with good posture in a chair with your back pressed against the post of the chair.

Raise and extend one leg straight out so that your toes are faced towards the ceiling while keeping the other foot flat on the floor.

Simultaneously bring the ankle of your raised leg towards you while also lowering your head towards it.

While lowering your head, allow your upper back to come off the post of the chair and bend your upper body downwards to create a forward slumping position.

Hold the previous position for at least 10 seconds. Then, return to sitting straight with proper posture and repeat the steps with the opposite leg.

Repeat this stretch 5-10 times with each leg.

A little better every day.

he's fine.

but he hated being poked and prodded. hated [but he knows it would be gauche to bite, so he tolerated it]

he's on a bit of rimadyl for muscle pain. and we'll watch him closely.

Torment's aesthetics/2

When I'm suffering I always find the time to take a beautiful selfportrait

Estetica del tormento/2

Quando soffro trovo sempre il tempo per farmi un bell'autoritratto

Antonia (2007)

Taken just after I'd taken the dressing off.

Isn't it gorgeous :)

It is original and was design for me and me only.

It's combination of things I love; lollipops, cupcakes, cherries, music, bows are cute cute cute and the locket symbolises that someone has the key to my heart :)

Beth’s biga turned into tasty ciabatta loaves. She is a baking queen - long may she reign.

All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.

Re-thought my loft guest room into my indoor training pain cave for the winter season.

Or chocolatine, depending on where you're from.

This made me think of the hurt that cannot be drowned out inside us all. The wide array and levels of pain we endure day to day, months, years, a lifetime...and how we all have different methods of coping and dealing with our trauma whether it be physical/mental/emotional. Bittersweet!~

rivoluzioni perdute

contro un filo di luce

attardi a scrutare

ormai

hai riposto il dolore

dentro la tasca

a scaldare le sere.

You hear those chains a-rattlin'?

I do.

Yeah, they want to bring you over to the other side

Have you done what you came here to do?

Have you made your mark?

Or has this burned and black earth smeared you?

Too many folded hands.

Too many jammed hammers.

Too many busted flats.

Too much luck, the bad kind.

This tabernacle of pain.

I'll tell you when it's over.

I'll tell you when you can leave.

Not yet.

A day before the ship was due to be named at a low key ceremony as the 'Joy of Victory' and two days before it was due to be mothballed the ship disappeared. She was built for a war that never happened.

The chief designer and a handful of faithful engineers stole her. They now roam space in the renamed 'Pain of Rejection', the craft that they had dedicated their careers to would not be create in vain.

I took this photo at the Hadi Shrine Circus 2015.
