Macro Mondays' assignment of this week is: bubbles.
I took this macro shot of a soap bubble and adjusted it a little bit in Photoshop CC to give it an earthly look. Just before the bubble bursted, I managed to capture it.
I hope you like it.
HMM everyone!

Good morning dear Flickr friends,
I was a bit late at my "favorite pier march 2020" and so the light was a bit hard but I tried to make the best of it. We are located in Ludwigshafen at the Lake Constance. The weather changed at the weekend and we have storm and cold temperatures of minus 4 degrees again.
I always hear a lot of music, so old and new. This one from Billy Cobham from the year 2001 inspired me to fly: Ozone Part 2. Billy used his drumming pattern in different songs and solos long time before and I was fascinated, when I started with drumming. It took years when I'm younger to copy the master on the drums but one day I got the rhythm pattern of Ozone Part 2. I often heard him at little concerts in Switzerland in the past. So little, that I stood side by side him and his drum set.
Happy Sunday!

At the bottom of the Ozone Falls gorge, there are a number of rocks that make nice lookouts. I recommend taking your time and carefully climbing these rocks as they are quite slippery. Some are also quite sharp (don't forget your gloves). Leave extra camera bags and equipment behind as it can throw off your balance. Finally, sit and enjoy the view.
At Ricketts Glen State Park, Benton, Pennsylvania. Ozone Falls, at 60 feet, is the fifth named falls on the hike down the Glen Leigh trail. One of the most beautiful falls in the park.

This halo, beyond the prairie, is not a natural light, it is pollution over a highway, yet 3 kms from here... :(
Alco Adam smokes it up over Hennepin Avenue as they return from serving customers along this populated industrial corridor. It was nice to spend some quality time with the MN Commercial and witness the various jobs they run around the city.
Direct Rail Services Class 37 37716 opens up while shunting wagons around Peak Forest Stone Terminal,it was a difficult shot to do with light and shadow to contend with, but listening the Class 37 growl and loooking at the discharge so much diesel exhaust, photographed on 25/08/2018
Summer is a great time for taking photos not only because of wonderful sunsets and sunrises, fresh grass and forests. I also like thunderstorms, the power of it. And of course the wonderful smell of ozone that promises heavy rain very soon.
The picture that I took occasionally while returning from a small picnic on a river bank.
Thank you for all the comments and faves, my friends.
A few abandoned buildings (probably old tourist cabins?), in the Ozark Mountains of northern Arkansas.
FIMX 4023 slowly trundles through the fog covered town of Ozone, TN with the mineral train bound for the NS at Rockwood. After several long months of bare, colorless trees, signs of spring have [thankfully] started to grow along the former Tennessee Central.
Ozone Park (Queens) took its name from the idea of refreshing breezes from the ocean, and the belief at that time that ozone was good for you. (Wikipedia)
