When Tiny heard he was not allowed on this photo because of his white fur, he started to eat lots of carrots at least 3 times daily. When his fluffy fur was more orange than offwhite I simply had to take this photo of an orange satin ribbon, a piece of orange organza fabrics, as well as my orange Tiny - all resting on a black box. Then Tiny insisted on a frame around this photo to be nailed on the wall. Not so easy to handle tiny teddies ....

Width of the frame: 2,5 cm / 0,98 inches

Small organza frills on my christening bonnet. Surprisingly difficult to photograph. My mother had made my dress and bonnet herself, from an organza layered, rose coloured soft satin. The organza is also printed with small white, now rather faded, polka dots. For a few years after my christening, the Teddy bear I had gotten for my 1st birthday was wearing both the bonnet and the dress.

No focus staking this time. I had draped the bonnet on one of the LED lights for a nice light effect, and extra-illuminated it slightly sidewise with a second handheld LED light. Background is, of course, the indispensable glitter foam sheet. Developed in Luminar,

starting from LR, and enhanced in ON1 Photo RAW Develop and Effects.

A Happy Macro Monday, Everyone!

Rüschendetail meiner Taufhaube, ca. 2,5 cm breit. Meine Mutter hatte Taufkleid und -haube aus Organza und einem rosafarbenen Satinstoff (ebenfalls mit einer Lage Organza versehen, das mit kleinen, ehemals weißen Tupfen bedruckt ist) selbst genäht. Eine Zeit lang trug der Teddy, den ich zu meinem ersten Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen hatte, Taufkleid und -haube ;-)

Hier mal kein Fokus Stacking, sondern eine einzelne Aufnahme. Die Rüschen ansprechend zu fotografieren, erwies sich als gar nicht mal so einfach. Ich habe die Haube über einen (eingeschalteten) LED-Strahler drapiert und noch zusätzlich seitlich mit einem weiteren Strahler von Hand angeleuchtet. Entwickelt in Luminar, mit abschließenden Verfeinerungen in ON1 Photo RAW 2018.

Purple and Gold Organza gifts bags, I was in a bit of a rush for this weeks theme as I have been very busy with work, tried a number of different ideas and this shot was actually a mistake lol, I had put these to the side and decide NO not working and as I was rearranging things I hit my shutter release by mistake and this is the result, ended up being the nicest shot after all :-D love the colour contrasts and the bokeh in the shot and well purple and gold just work so nicely together.

HMM to Everyone.
